Vice-Chief of the Health Information System Bureau at the Ministry of Health of Cambodia. He is in charge of all issues related to the HIS including its geo-enabling. He has been trained on the management and use of geospatial data and technologies and is currently supervising the integration of the common geo-registry in the HMIS/HCP platform.
